Day 1 - Travel to Italy
Arrive in Bari or Brindisi and Transfer to Your Hotel
Depart for Bari or Brindisi today, where you will be met on arrival by our expert guide, who will accompany you on the transfer to your hotel.
Day 2 - Alberobello - Trulli Houses and Martina Franca
Guided Excursion to Alberobello and Martina Franca - full day excursion
This morning, we’ll set off from your hotel on a guided excursion to Alberobello, known for its UNESCO-listed trulli, the distinctive conical-roofed buildings that make the town so memorable. During the day, we’ll enjoy a tasting at a local wine cellar. We’ll then continue to Martina Franca for an olive oil tasting. Enjoy free time for independent sightseeing in Alberobello before heading back to the hotel
This is a wonderful introduction to your Puglia tour, combining local heritage, distinctive architecture and regional food and wine.
Day 3 - At Leisure
Free Time in Puglia. Enjoy a day at leisure to see more of Ostuni or perhaps take a trip to the coast, just 6km away. Our guide will be pleased to provide information on getting around the area, helping you make the most of your free time in Puglia.
Day 4 - Lecce

Join our guide this morning and travel to the baroque city of Lecce, often known as the Florence of the South. Enjoy a guided walking tour through the historic centre. See the white and gold tones of the famous Lecce stone and spend free time in Lecce for lunch, which is not included

Day 5 - Free Time in Ostuni or Optional Excursion to Matera
Free Time at Leisure - full day
Today is free for you to relax and discover the charms of Ostuni.
Optional Excursion to Matera = £62
You may choose to join an optional full-day excursion to Matera. Home to the Sassi di Matera cave-like dwellings, Matera is a fascinating place to explore on a guided walking tour through its labyrinth of alleys and streets. Afterwards, you will have free time at leisure for sightseeing and shopping before returning to your hotel.

Day 6 - Trani and Bari - full day
Guided tour of Trani
This morning, we’ll set off from your hotel to visit the beautiful town of Trani, where traces of Arab, Byzantine and Norman civilisations can be found.
Guided tour of Bari
After some free time for lunch, which is at your own arrangement, we will Continue to Bari, the capital of the Puglia region and discover more on a guided walking tour of the old town centre and visit the churches of San Nicola and San Gregorio. This day is a memorable part of your tour of Puglia, bringing together coastal history, religious heritage and atmospheric old town streets.
