Policies provide clear guidelines for behaviour and decision-making, which helps reduce risk, ensure legal compliance, and provide a framework for operations.  The policies adopted by fife u3a have been guided by the Third Age Trust (u3a) which produces template guides which are based on our responsibilities as a charity in Scotland.

Members are expected to treat each other with respect, uphold Fife u3a's reputation, and abide by local rules and national guidelines.
